South Africa is a country full of extreme differences. Being Africa´s most developed country, its cities like Cape Town or Johannesburg can easily compare to european ones. Though there a huge Townships just a few kilometres outside the cities where there´s in most cases a lot of poverty and crime. Apartheid has officially been removed and forbidden but racism is still a big topic. It´s still in the people´s heads and needs some time to disappear.

Having said all this South Africa isn´t a bad place -not at all: It´s a beautiful country with wonderful people. South Africa as a Rainbow country. With eleven official languages and dozens of different cultures and beliefs it offers an extrem diversity and makes sure you won´t get bored.

Who doesn´t know The Kruger Park? South Africa has of the best surfing spots in the world and Cape Towns scenery is almost unbeatable. You can go on safari, visit Nelson Mandelas prison cell, chill somewhere at South Africas 1400 km beach, visit rural areas in the north or check out the busy city Joburg. Take time and explore cultures and people a little longer while having a fantastic time. It will be worth it ...
